ethical standards. 2. e-Court deals with a highly professional Directorate, Supervisory-Body, Advisory-Council. These officials are all selected by a Selection-Board who follow the strictest selection procedures. 3. All Members will have access to the costing tables and only need to tick the boxes relevant to their case. Thereafter the information is submitted to the Court Clerk for processing and further housekeeping. In a matter of days the Member is invited to commence with the case with the appropriate Judges and /or Arbitrators ready to assist. It is that simple !

You expect Expediency
ANSWER e-Court cases take no more than six weeks (excluding a possible appeal of four weeks). This makes the process to cost much less than ordinary courts, which to obtain a ruling in Canada take on average between 70-90 weeks. Moreover, private individuals and businesses agree upfront with their counsel givers ( mediator, arbitrator, judge, counsellor ) the maximum period in advance and total costs. This will ensure that e-Court does not result in financial surprises. It is important to note that e-Court is extremely flexible because the individual or company can start a case using e-Court with/without the assistance of a legal professional. In many situations the claimant and/or defendant feel they wish to avoid legal expenses and obtain justice without expenses from legal counsel.
