1. You send an email to the party you have a conflict with. Click. email

2. You register for the temporary membership and thereafter follow instructions to become a full member.

3. You or your counsel invites the other party in a standard procedure. with prior knowledge of costs and duration ( max. #6 weeks )

4. You inform e-Court whether a hearing should/should not take place. Please note a hearing will only take place if either or both parties requested a hearing at the time the case was registered for e-Court litigation. Furthermore, when conflicts deal with amounts higher than CDN 60,000 ( or equivalent currency ) , there will always be a hearing.

5. The procedure starts.

6. Within six weeks the official litigated decision is sent to the claimant and defendant and/or legal counsel of both parties.
